Task Force Politik

Starting with Parliament’s spring session 2011, a group of active members visit the Federal Palace on specific days to converse with the available politicians. The main goal is to make parliamentarians aware of our children’s untenable legal situation. We want to win the majority of parliamentarians for our cause in order to improve our chances for success in future votes.

Task Force Counselling & Services

Active members provide free online counselling for rainbow families and other interested persons. The majority of mail requests to date were answered with basic information about the situation of rainbow families; some cases were referred to experts.

Task Force Fundraising

Going back to the year of our founding, 2010, we were able to obtain tax exemption from the Canton of Zurich. All membership dues and donations are tax deductible in all of Switzerland.

Task Force Public Relations & Media & Cooperation

The Rainbow Families Umbrella Organisation has been invited by several institutions for events such as panel discussions on family constellations, special pregnancies and births, etc. At these events, many of our active members contributed to increasing the visibility of rainbow families in Switzerland.
